We Want to Hear from You
If you were around at the time, you might remember back in 2016 we conducted a churchwide survey. The goal of the survey was to provide an avenue for feedback, to gauge effectiveness, and to identify areas of opportunity. It was an extremely worthwhile and helpful exercise, giving insight into what we were doing well and where we could improve. It also led to the implementation of certain practices that have been lifegiving for our church in the last few years, including the launch of Connect Sunday’s, the reinvigoration of men’s and women’s ministries, and a deepening commitment to Christ and to his mission.
The time has come to do it again. This is an important time in the life of our church, as we prayerfully consider how and where God is leading us into the future. For the last few months, Church Council has been meeting regularly to pray, discuss, and discern the future direction of our church. Now we want to hear from you. Your voice is valued and your input is instrumental in this process.
This is why we are conducting this survey. We’ve crafted a variety of questions to get your input on our church and its ministries, not only to see where things are going well, but also to get an honest look at where we can improve and ideas we can implement to become more effective into the future. Your feedback will be vital in shaping the future direction, mission, and culture of our church.
The survey should only take 5 minutes, and your responses are completely anonymous. You can complete it online by following this link (Take the Survey), or if you’d prefer a paper copy, they will be available in the Connections Centre after the service for the next two weeks. You can place your completed survey in the box provided.
